| Ok so heres a little trick.
PS. You gotta use Mozilla Firefox
1st. Go to the link below (ITS IN POLISH!)
ForumSedactionPL
2nd. Open it and Register
Put your username, Password and all those stuffs.
PS. You have to use a real e-mail!
3th. After that you should get an e-mail.
Go there and click the activation link (it's the second one).
4th. When you click it, you go the website again and Log-In.
5th. Ok now we are changing our Proxy.
Use one of this cuz it has to be a polish one.

If you don't know how to change the proxy heres a little Tutorial

6th. After changing it you should open this link
SpeedBall2Code
You are supouse to get the following message:
"Numer do gry Speed Ball 2 City wysłany został na address ****gmail.com.(<or whatever you used)"
CHECK AGAIN YOUR E-MAIL AND THERES A 100% WORKING CODE
Open steam, Click library, Add steam product, paste the code there, Done.
